Ever since I got digital voice with Comcast (new Arris modem) 80% of time I try to upload large video files (35meg) the modem reboots itself during the upload.
It appears to happen after the initial power boost upload (where it uploads really fast) and when the power boost ends is when it normally reboots itself.
This does not happen when I upload 3 or 4 meg files to Flickr.
modem -> router -> computer
I have not tried removing the router yet, because the router worked fine before I got digital voice.
Error I get in the modem logs is: Power Supply Telemetry Log – BATTERY MISSING

Update: Problem solved, a Comcast tech came out and provide me with a new and different Arris modem and it fixed the issue.
