If you are looking for a Denver Loft for sale or rent, I think one of the best sites out there is Denver-Lofts.net.

The site has videos of some of the lofts, interactive Google maps and tons of photos. The price to list is cheap and the site gets tons of traffic.

I Launched A New Site About Property Management

This week I launched a new site on property management. I am doing some research on running a rental property so I created this PmDave.com.

I want to fill the site up with great video interviews from property managers around the Denver area. My first interview was with Dan over at RentMarketer and I have another interview lined up for next week.

It has been a long time since I have been to Birmingham AL. I remember passing through Birmingham on my way to Atlanta.

A little fun fact, the average cost for houses for rent in Birmingham Alabama is $950.
