Thanks for posting this. Have you talked with tech support at all? It seems I’m calling them on a daily basis and the answer they’re all giving me is “we can’t do anything about it”.

I have talked with them many times. the root cause appears to CF8, i sure how CF9 will be more stable in the shared environment.
