I stumble across this YouTube stat and took a quick screen shot of it.
My video I did of SMX Advanced 2008 was placed on the SMX Advanced page (which was fun to see, even though I did not get a link out of it), along with it provided some insight to the sign-up processes of the conference.
The highest peak happened on a Friday March 13th. I would guess that was right before the price went up.
