I am trying to find the best Sorenson Squeeze 5.0.1.1 setting for my FLV video file but I am having issues trying to keep the quality during transcoding.
I have tried many renders, and picked this setting from DJTV’s post on what they used about 8 months ago for their shows which similar to mine.
I just can’t get the out of focus look off my face and the fuzziness out of the blue hyperlink.

In my experience, 1000 Kbps isn’t nearly enough for high-quality VP6 video at 640×480. Try encoding a whole set of them to see what you need to get the quality you want, just increasing the video data rate by 500 or 1000 Kbps at each step.
At a minimum, you’ll need 2 Mbps or maybe 3 Mbps to get what you want.
